Our caution and hesitation in making mistakes is culturally conditioned and it unconsciously slows our failure rate down to a crawl.
Failure, however, is the fast track to mastery and excellence.
What is one thing you can fail faster at today?
Is there something you are trying to learn you could accelerate by making more mistakes?
Are you in therapy and trying to look good to your therapist so your withholding unflattering truths?
Are you in a sales position, but don't like hearing "no" from perspective customers so your pitches are boring and lacking passion?
Are you playing monopoly with your 7-year-old and actually trying to win instead learning how to have fun?
Identify something you're in the midst of learning and to speed up that learning by not trying to do it so darn perfectly.​
